Return Policy
 
We do our best at iAMMOLITE to ensure you'll be happy with any purchases. But we understand that sometimes people change their minds. It's nothing to be worried about, as we're happy for you to return an order.

You have 10 days from when you receive an order to consider whether or not you'd like to keep it. You can even return part of an order and keep the remainder.
 
In the event of a return, we will refund the full amount that you paid us (excluding shipping and insurance). We want you to be completely satisfied with anything you purchase from us. We stand behind our products fully and offer a limited lifetime guarantee to ensure you are happy with items purchased from us.

Our returns procedure is very simple, and is listed below:

  1. Nearly every item we sell can be returned. The only items that cannot be returned are earrings that have been worn, limited editions, custom jewelery, special order, or those items which are specifically noted in their description on this web site as non-returnable. In some cases limited edition or a special order returns will be accepted for a credit with iAMMOLITE. In order to obtain a refund, the product needs to be returned in the same condition (including the original receipt) in which it was dispatched.
  2. To return a product, you must email us at info@iammolite.com for a Return Authorization Number, Return Form and shipping instructions. We need you to do this within 10 days of the date you received your order. You will need to pay the costs of returning the product to our address. To protect ourselves from fraudulent buyer activity we may contact you directly to authenticate your return request.
  3. We do not refund shipping or insurance charges. If for some reason your courier charges us for delivery, we may pay such costs and deduct them from the amount refundable to you. If you return an item which was purchased as part of a special or promotional campaign, we will calculate the refund to reflect the amount you would have paid if you only purchased the items you retained.
  4. If you paid by PayPal account or credit card to PayPal, the refund will be a refunded according to PayPal policy in the relevant amount in US dollars. If you paid by any other method, we will draw a money order in US dollars for the amount and mail it to the billing address which was used for the order. We're flexible, so if you would prefer the refund processed in another manner, we'll do our best to help.

If the product was damaged during shipping, you must write this on the Return Form. It is imperative that you contact us immediately upon receipt of any damaged product. When you contact us to obtain the Return Authorization Number we will provide specific instructions for the return.
